RETURNED CHECKS: WILL RESULT IN TERMS BEING CHANGED TO PREPAYMENT ONLY. ALL PENDING ORDERS WILL BE HELD UNTIL BALANCE IS CLEARED. THE CUSTOMER WILL BE CHARGED $35, PLUS ALL BANK FEES. KING-MAX PRODUCTS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ELECTRONICALLY WITHDRAW FUNDS VIA “TELECHECK” FOR RETURNED CHECKS. (Including any fees that are incurred.)
LATE PAYMENTS: WILL RESULT IN ALL PENDING ORDERS BEING HELD UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED, OR SHIPPING APPROVAL FROM OUR ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT. “LATE PAYMENT” ACCOUNTS WILL LOOSE OPEN TERM STATUS. ANY COSTS INCURRED BY KING-MAX PRODUCTS INC. IN THE COLLECTION OF AN ACCOUNT, SUCH AS AGENCY FEES, ATTORNEY FEES, OR COURT COSTS WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CUSTOMER. THIS INCLUDES FINANCE CHARGE OF 1.5% PER MONTH ON ALL PAST DUE BALANCES.
SHIPPING: MOST ORDERS ARE SHIPPING WITHIN 3 DAYS. BACK ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED IF $50 OR MORE. ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED VIA UPS OR FEDEX GROUND SERVICE UNLESS OTHERWISE REQUESTED. PALLET OR VOLUME ORDER WILL BE ARRANGED BY OUR TRAFFIC DEPARTMENT AT THE BEST RATES OBTAINED.
ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED FOB HAYWARD, CALIFORNIA. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FREIGHT CHARGES.
REFUSED ORDERS: IF THE FAULT OF KING-MAX PRODUCTS INC., WILL BE FULLY CREDITED OR RESHIPPED AT OUR EXPENSE. ON ALL OTHER REFUSED ORDERS THE CUSTOMER WILL BE CHARGED A 10% RESTOCKING FEE PLUS ALL FREIGHT CHARGES. IF THE CUSTOMER WANTS THE ORDER RESHIPPED THE ADDITIONAL FREIGHT CHARGES WILL BE ADDED.
DAMAGES AND SHORTAGES: MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 48hrs OF RECEIPT OF GOODS. ALL MERCHANDISE LEAVES OUR WAREHOUSE INSPECTED AND IN GOOD CONDITION. IF THE CARTONS ARE DELIVERED DAMAGED, OPENED, OR RE-TAPED YOU “MUST” FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CARRIER AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.
RETURNS: ONLY MANUFACTURE DEFECTS OR ITEMS WITH CONCEALED DAMAGES AS A RESULT OF SHIPPING WILL BE AUTHORIZED FOR RETURN. THE MERCHANDISE RETURNED MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND FREE OF ALL CUSTOMER MARKINGS AND TAGS. ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A “RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER”. UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. ANY RETURN DEEMED “SALEABLE” IS SUBJECT TO A 10% RESTOCKING FEE OR WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE. ITEMS DISCONTINUED BY KING-MAX PRODUCTS INC., OR THE MANUFACTURER ARE NOT RETURNABLE AND NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED. AUTHORIZATIONS EXPIRE 21 DAYS AFTER DATE OF ISSUE.
